KUBOTA SAKE BAR, open at the basement of Shibuya PARCO in Tokyo, offers a limited menu where you can enjoy a pairing of Japanese sweets made with cherry blossom and sake cocktails. A highly awaited Sakura time

Asahi Shuzo, which manufactures and sells the popular sake brand “Kubota”, and the shop operated by Mirai Sake Store, guarantees something delicious and innovative can happen.

The signature cocktail “Sakura Cocktail” uses a base of the famous sake “Kubota Junmai Daiginjo”. A blend of red and yellow cherries puree with fresh cream and milk and topped with mascarpone, an stylish martini glass assures you can enjoy the quintessential Sakura.

The “Sakura mochi” is a fresh confectionery resembling the “cherry blossoms” supplied by the highly awarded and long-established Japanese confectionery “Koshinoyuki Honpo Yamatoya” in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.

Two kinds of cherry bean jam and cheese bean jam are wrapped in a cherry-colored dough. The moisty soft dough and the taste of the bean jam with different flavours and textures are the perfect pairing for a Sake bar.
